ABOUT

Wholehearted, dynamic songwriter Dan Godlin—originally hailing from Boston—splits his time between NYC and Nashville, writing and producing for recording artists in the genres of pop, rock, country, and electric.

After graduating from NYU in 2012, Godlin quickly made a name for himself as a budding artist, becoming the opening act for Howie Day, Tyler Hilton, Ryan Cabrera, Anna Nalick, Tony Luca, and O-Town, while also performing industry showcases alongside notable acts such as Matt Nathanson, Colbie Caillat, Mat Kearney, Plain White T's, Parachute, and Hanson. His music has been featured on multiple television shows and films including Love Is Blind (Netflix), Major Crimes (TNT), Keeping Up with the Kardashians (E!), The Challenge (MTV), The Vineyard (ABC Family), Degrassi (Nickelodeon), Winter Wedding (Lifetime), Suicide Note (Lifetime), and Women Who Flirt (Hong Kong), to name a few, as well as on radio stations in the U.S. and Canada.

When Dan is not working as a well-rounded songwriter, producer, musician, and vocalist, he spends his time playing with his kids, jogging, meditating, listening to audiobooks, and enjoying deep conversations with friends.
